I will email you a Questionnaire to complete and return to me outlining your wishes for estate distribution
I will complete a draft Will and send it to you for review and approval
We will arrange a meeting to sign the Original Will

Personal Directives

Once we make initial contact and discuss your needs:

I will email you a Questionnaire to complete and return to me outlining your health care directives
I will complete a draft Personal Directive and send it to you for review and approval
We will arrange a meeting to sign the Original Personal Directive

Power of Attorney

Once we make initial contact and discuss your needs:

I will email you a Questionnaire to complete and return to me outlining your wishes regarding scope of powers of your Attorney
I will complete a draft Power of Attorney for your review and approval
We will arrange a meeting to sign the original Power of Attorney

Uncontested Divorces

Once we make initial contact and discuss your needs:

I will advise you to locate or obtain your original Certificate of Marriage
I will send you a draft form and ask you to fill in the blanks containing information required for the uncontested or joint divorce and return it to me
I will proceed with completing all required forms for your review and approval
We will arrange a meeting to sign the documents as required

Commissioner for Oaths Services

As a stand alone service, I can commission your documents for $10.00 per document
Commissioning on any of the documents I prepare for you as part of the services outlined above, is included with that service
